Users are expected to facilitate any additional actions required to enable automated fee payment processes. Overdue amounts will accrue interest at the lesser of 1.5% per month or the maximum permissible rate by law. Company reserves the right to suspend access to its services in case of late payments. If you cancel your subscription during an ongoing payment cycle and choose not to continue using the Services, the fees for the current cycle will not be refunded. Following cancellation, access to the product or service will continue until the current billing cycle concludes. No further charges will be incurred. b) We advise to buy product after viewing demo and understanding the feature, once payment made there is no refund in any circumstances.

Exclusions:

Refunds shall not be granted in cases where the request arises due to a mere change of mind by the User , provided there are no technical issues affecting the functionality of the Services. Furthermore, services procured from third-party vendors, even if facilitated through the Website, shall not be eligible for refunds under this policy.
